Shirts
We use a third party to print and deliver our shirts. They have 4 destinations setup around the world so this allows us to save you money on shipping. T-shirts are printed to order with a current dispatch time of 2-7 working days. Standard delivery varies depending on where you're based from the day of dispatch.
Posters / Album Covers
We print all of our posters in house with our own fair hands. These are printed to order with a current dispatch time of 2-3 working days. Standard delivery varies depending on where you're based from the day of dispatch.
I've ordered a poster and a shirt
If you order items that have different delivery times, then each item will be dispatched once they're created and you'll receive 2 lots of shipping numbers. The times below are a guide and can vary from country to country, for more information please free to drop an email to info@sell-out.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

Returns / Refunds
Shirts - Returns
The manufacturer we use for shirts offer a no hassle returns policy that is valid for 30 days from receipt of an item.
You can return an item for a refund, all they ask is that the item is in its original unworn and unwashed state with any tags still attached. Trying on an item does not affect the item (so long as you do not stain the item with makeup or deodorant).
Once you have filed for your return and included details on what type of return it is, you will receive an email with the details in regards to returning the item. Items received back without a returns reference number may be refused.
You’ll need to cover the cost of returning your items.
They can only authorise one return per order.
Sale items are clearly marked and are non-returnable.
Posters and Album Covers - Returns
Unfortunately we do not accept returns.
Refunds
For any items being returned for a refund, the payment will be processed on the same day the return has been processed and reimbursed to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal to confirm your refund within a few minutes.
We can only authorise one return per order.
My item is incorrect, faulty, damaged or missing
We want you to be happy with your order, but if you’ve received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item or something is missing, then please contact us by emailing info@sell-out.co.uk
To allow us to resolve this as quickly as possible please provide photos to help us confirm any errors. Please retain all packaging and labels received with your parcel, otherwise you may invalidate any claim.
